Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pick the right experience?
Start with the situation that sounds like your last meeting. Each door shows the experiences that answer it, and the filters narrow to what fits your people, your calendar, and your language. Or answer three questions and we point you at the experience built for your team's challenge, with the named case study that did it before. Start the 30-second router.
How long does an experience take?
Most run anywhere from 60 minutes to 2 days, for any group size. The same experience could be a keynote, a half day, or the anchor of a two-day offsite. Cohort programs like Leadership Foundations run as sessions over weeks with a real project in between.
What does participant-driven mean?
Your people do the work. We design the conditions, then get out of the way. Nobody sits and watches a slide deck. Participants make the decisions, live with the consequences, and build the answers they leave with. That is why the behavior shows up back at work.
Do you build the experience around our business?
Yes. We build it around your buyers, your products, and the conversations your teams keep losing. Participants practice on their own hardest cases, and the responses they build get written down as their own job aid.
Can these experiences run virtually?
Yes. The usual pattern is live first, then supported virtually, then dispersed virtually. Everyone who joins later practices the same conversations on their own schedule, without waiting for the next in-person date.
What happens after the experience so it does not fade?
A High Impact Project and High Impact Coaching follow the experience. Each leader carries a real piece of work that matters to the business, an Accountability Partner, and milestones. The new behavior shows up in the day job, and the leader measures what it was worth. How High Impact Coaching works.
