What happens

Supervisors pick one number on their own line: scrap, changeover, safety, throughput, absenteeism. The plant already measures it.

Sessions install leading a crew to that number: the shift-start conversation, delegation on the floor, the safety conversation nobody wants to have, and the accountability cadence between shifts.

They report the number in the plant's own language. Operations leaders see who runs a line and who leads one.

What changes
  • Supervisors who lead crews instead of covering for them
  • Floor problems solved on the floor, not escalated
  • A plant metric moved by the person closest to it
  • A visible bench for the next plant leaders
Business outcome
  • Execution

How we measure

Each leader runs a High Impact Project against a real business number. Results roll up to the sponsor in dollars, with the Participant's own attribution of how much the experience contributed.

Evidence you receive: Impact project results, ROI commitment.

How it fits what you have

Built around your plant's metrics, shift patterns, and safety system. Runs in the plant, not a hotel.
