What happens

Morning: the Plan, Frozen in Ice, and the Crush. Leaders build their own Big Picture, practice small change, then face the large one with only what the crew knew then.

Afternoon: Baggage in a dark lantern-lit room (time, the past, resources), Patience Camp with Handle Resistance applied to the real people who will push back, Lifeboats, and the Rescue with the lights back up.

The day closes by converting each leader's change into a High Impact Project with an Accountability Partner and a 30/60/90 cadence.

What changes
  • Every phase of the expedition worked against a real change
  • Resistance planned for, one sentence per resistor
  • A High Impact Project per leader, set up in the room
  • Accountability Partners paired before anyone leaves

How we measure

Each leader runs a High Impact Project against a real business number. Results roll up to the sponsor in dollars, with the Participant's own attribution of how much the experience contributed.

Evidence you receive: Facilitator debrief, Written action plan, Impact project results.

How it fits what you have

Maps to the competency model you already use. Runs as a module inside an existing leadership curriculum or as the immersive anchor a curriculum is missing. Reinforcement assets load into your LMS.
