What happens

Day one (Bridge the Gap): the sponsor sets the ambition, then the room builds the current state with figurines and a red-sharpie graffiti wall, finds the gold, runs Yes-And circles on the priorities, pitches projects and red-flags them with the sponsor live, and lays each survivor on the calendar with one owner and a definition of done.

Day two (Lead the Endurance): every expedition phase attaches to the project named on day one. Crew cards against real people, POW as the throughline, small change at Frozen in Ice, large change at the Crush, Baggage, Patience Camp with Handle Resistance, Lifeboats, the Rescue.

Results versus Reasons anchors the accountability conversation. Every leader leaves with an A-to-B-by-C named out loud and a partner to hold it.

What changes
  • Strategy clear three levels down, in the leaders' own words
  • Eight to twelve named projects with owners, not a list of themes
  • Escalation drops: people decide what needs doing
  • A 90-day phase that starts the morning after
Business outcome
  • Alignment
  • Execution
  • Change adoption

8 named projects, each with an owner

Progress Rail Locomotive Division, Chicago, August 2026: sixty-plus leaders, then four internal Facilitators certifying to carry it to the wider division

It was so good to be a part of the last few days.

How we measure

Each leader runs a High Impact Project against a real business number. Results roll up to the sponsor in dollars, with the Participant's own attribution of how much the experience contributed.

Evidence you receive: Written action plan, Impact project results, Facilitator debrief.

How it fits what you have

Maps to the competency model you already use. Runs as a module inside an existing leadership curriculum or as the immersive anchor a curriculum is missing. Reinforcement assets load into your LMS.
