Build a Simulation of Your Business From What Your People Already Know

It is not built in a day. It is built by your people, in a day.

Your best salesperson knows exactly what to say when a buyer pushes back. That answer lives in one head. It goes home at five and it retires in four years. We put your people in a room for a day, everyone builds their own approach to your real buyers, and we turn what the room creates into a simulator the whole team practises inside.

Build my plan

How to make it your own

Three moves. The room comes first, and the software comes last.

1

Your people build it, together, in one day

A live experience puts the room to work on the conversations that decide your results. Your buyers. Your objections. The customers you serve. Everyone contributes their own approach, and the room sharpens it against everyone else's. Nobody presents theory at them. They build the answers, so the answers are real, and the strength of every person in the room ends up in one place for the first time.

2

We gather what the room creates

The best of what your people produce gets captured as it happens: the response that lands, the question that opens a buyer up, the way your top performer handles the objection everyone else fumbles. We sort it by buyer type and by the moment it belongs to. This is the part nobody else does, and it is the whole reason the result is worth anything.

3

It becomes the simulator your next hire practices against

What the room built becomes a working simulator your people practice inside, again and again, long after the day ends. New hires meet your real buyers and your real objections in their first week instead of their first quarter. It is yours to keep and yours to run.

Any conversation that decides a result

The method does not change. Only the conversation does.

Sales calls

Buyer types, discovery, the objection that stalls your pipeline.

Service conversations

The customer who is already unhappy, and the one you could still keep.

Negotiations

Price, terms, scope, and the concession your team gives away too early.

Board and executive meetings

The question you get asked when the deck stops being the point.

New product launches

Your team sells it before it ships, and finds the objections early.

Onboarding

Week one against your real conversations, not a generic script.

Every other simulator hands your team an invented company

The established vendors run a smartphone company, a family hotel, a clothing shop, a sensor manufacturer. Good products, and every one of them is somebody else’s business. Your leaders practise on invented numbers in an invented market, and what they practise stays invented.

The newer AI tools have the opposite problem. The simulation is personal enough, and the content is generic, because a bot can only work with the personas it ships with or the files you hand it. Neither one has ever met your best people.

We build both halves, in the right order. The experience produces the material and the commitment. The simulator makes it repeatable. Start with business simulations, compare the field on our honest vendor list, or see where AI practice genuinely works.

What it costs

Every vendor in this category gates pricing behind a demo call. Here is ours.

Experience and custom build

$10,000–$25,000

The live experience, the capture, the build, and your first cohort running inside it.

Dispersed virtual access

$99/person/year

Every future hire and every new cohort keeps practising on the same simulation.

Questions people ask before they build one

What is the best way to build a simulation of my business?

Start with the people who already do the work well. Your strongest performers have answers your documentation has never captured, and those answers leave the building every night. A Learn2 experience puts the room together for a day, has everyone build and sharpen their own approaches to your real buyers and customers, and captures what comes out. The simulator gets built from that. The alternative is buying a simulation of an invented company, which practises your team on a business that is not yours.

Who can make the best AI sales simulator for my salespeople?

The question to ask a vendor is where the content comes from. Most AI simulators run on generic personas or on whatever you upload. Ours runs on what your own salespeople build in a live experience: their approaches to your specific buyer types, their handling of the objections your customers actually raise. The AI is the easy part of this. Getting what your people know out of their heads is the hard part, and it happens naturally in a room where everyone gets a say.

Can it simulate specific buyer types?

Yes, and that is usually the point. Your people work out how each of the four Natural approaches buys: what evidence one needs, what reassurance another needs, how fast a third wants to move. Then they build the response for each. Your team stops selling one way to everybody. See how the four approaches work in Sell Naturally.

Is this only for sales?

No. Any conversation where the answer matters and your best people already have one can be built this way: service calls, negotiations, board meetings, feedback conversations, onboarding, a product launch before the product ships. The method does not change. The room builds it, we capture it, your people practise inside it.

How is this different from an AI role-play tool?

An AI role-play tool gives a rep a bot to practise against alone. Useful, and we build that piece too. What it cannot do is create the content in the first place, because it only works with the personas it ships with or the files you feed it. The experience is where the material comes from, and it is also where your people commit to it, because they built it. Anyone can buy a bot. Nobody can buy what your people already know.

Who owns the simulator when it is finished?

You do. It was built from your people's work, on your business, and it stays yours to run for every cohort that follows. Everyone in the room contributed, so everyone owns the result, and that is the reason it still gets used a year later.

What does a custom simulator cost?

Every vendor in this category hides pricing behind a demo call. Here is ours. Design, build and the first live cohort run $10,000 to $25,000 depending on scope. Dispersed virtual access afterward is $99 per person per year, so every future hire practises on the same simulation.
