You co-coach with a certified Learn2 coach on live sessions — taking the parts you feel ready for, then more, until you carry the conversation on your own.

No. You start as the person being coached, then co-coach live sessions before you coach on your own. You bring your background; Learn2 installs the coaching craft. Many of our coaches arrived from senior leadership roles, not coaching schools.
Can I get certified to coach my own team?+
Yes. Certify internally to install coaching across your managers with Coaching Conversations Made Simple, or certify to run leadership coaching inside your own organization. You can also certify to license and deliver Learn2 coaching to your own clients as an independent coach.
