A strength-based, solution-focused 45-minute to an hour conversations with you and your Accountability Partner. Your Impact Coach challenges leaders to elevate performance, drive impact projects, accelerate innovation, and achieve personal growth development priorities.​ Sessions are available in blocks of 3, 6, 9 or unlimited sessions over a period. You choose if your leadership program participants get coaching individually or with their Accountability Partner. We prefer to keep the bulk of the practice between the partners for rapid growth without dependency or excessive investment. The goal is to ensure they achieve their High Impact Project and practice leading differently.
