Yes. The Learn2 path starts you as a participant, then moves you through joint design, running sections you did not set up, and debriefing before you lead a paid experience. You bring your own background; we install the facilitation craft. Many of our facilitators arrived from corporate leadership roles, not classrooms.
Yes. Most stages run online with a live cohort, so you can certify from anywhere in Canada. The in-person portion happens at our partner venue in Toronto, Ontario. Ask us for the current Ontario cohort schedule.
No, you can call yourself a facilitator without certification. You will need certification to deliver Learn2 programs and most other branded content. Certification also signals to corporate buyers that you have been observed, coached, and approved.
It could be as little as three online sessions if you already facilitate or orchestrate. For someone newer to facilitation, plan more practice. The variable is how much experience you bring, not the program length.
