Codebreaker

Participants are presented with an obscure set of clues and a vault they are required to unlock. Their answers form part of a cipher that they use to ask bigger and deeper questions as they break open each layer of the vault.

Working independently will only get them so far, however—teams will need to consult one another to uncover clues, resources, and insights that will advance them to the next challenge. A final, culminating puzzle can be a great way to reveal a new initiative, mission statement, or celebration, and have your teams be responsible for decoding it.

Frequently Asked Questions about Codebreaker

How long does Codebreaker last?
½ day to a full day depending on your desired outcomes and your starting place in terms of value propositions. If working with value propositions is new for your team, it could easily take a full day. If you are revisiting the value proposition, we can accomplish great things in a focused ½ day.
