What is the Naturally Series?The Naturally Series help participants improve their ability to communicate naturally with others regardless of their communications approach! Take action and boost your team’s communication effectiveness and make your company truck loads more money! Participants work through a series of activities to uncover their own personal preferences and explore the communication preferences of the people they work with. This allows participants to fully internalize how to tailor their communications in a manner that is natural to each individual communication style. We start by making sure you can remember to tailor the way you communicate to suit the person you are communicating with. We practice and apply communication skills with the team in the room. Your Impact Identifier takes the exercises to target specific skills to develop and address the needs of the team.

Q: How long does the Lead Naturally program last?
A: This program has six modules – each consisting of a full-day learning experience followed by 2-4 weeks of application and coaching calls each week for 20-30 minutes with a designated coach.
Q: How many can participate in the Lead Naturally program at a time?
A: We’ve run Lead Forward programs for 250 participants to align the leadership practices and behaviors for entire leadership teams.
Q: What kind of space do we need for the Lead Naturally program?
A: We tailor to the available space and location. Sometimes bigger rooms are better to allow more room for practice. Avoid boardrooms– as the table dominates the room and allows very little interaction and flexibility.
Q: Can Lead Naturally activities accommodate those with disabilities?
A: Yes. Learn2 have achieved results with the Special Olympians, the Deaf Blind Coalition and Paraplegic Association.

HANDLE RESISTANCE NATURALLY
Are you encountering resistance from within your team? This essential program focuses on how to deal with resistance positively through open and honest dialogue in order to strengthen communication and increase the speed in which change is adopted.
Resistance grows in an environment where concerns are left unacknowledged; leading to resentment and self-imposed roadblocks on productivity, progress, motivation, and sales.
Working together through a series of fun and engaging activities, participants learn to view resistance as an opportunity for growth, and that that by asking the right questions and listening actively, change can become more widely accepted and quickly implemented.

Q: How long does the Coach Naturally program last?
A: Modules lasts as little as 2-3 hours. The full program is 2 days. Learn2 designs all training programs to be modular. Most sessions can fit a limited timeframe or expand to incorporate critical additional learning and applications specific to your requirements.
Q: How many can participate in the Coach Naturally program at a time?
A: For the Canadian Olympic Committee we ran Coach Performance with 80 participants. There is no attendee limit. We can expand our Coach Performance programs by adding additional coaches, which allows you to add more participants. All participants are fully engaged, can effectively participate, and receive the same high-quality learning at the same time.
Q: What kind of space do we need for the Coach Naturally program?
A: We tailor our delivery mechanics to the available space and location. We find bigger rooms are better as the space supports interactive exercises and room to practice coaching. We avoid boardrooms because the table tends to dominate the room, offering little interaction or flexibility.

A: Yes, Learn2 ensures that your all attendees will be comfortable and able to fully participate in the planned activities. Q: How much does the Coach Performance program cost?
A: Your investment will vary as it is based solely on the number of participants, travel, etc. Many clients are shy about sharing their budget; we will work within your budget to provide you the program that will meet your needs. Even small budgets achieve big results with the Coach Performance program. Less budget may mean fewer bells and whistles, but your participants will come away with an excellent new skill set!
